BLOOD IN MY STOOL | WHAT CAUSES THIS?

I know this isn't the prettiest topic but it's extremely important and I'm wondering if any of you have experienced the same symptom? I've noticed it's been happening for the last 2 weeks and am looking for your comments and stories to see if I can get to the bottom of this!
