a. Download and install QuickBooks Tool Hub
• Exit QB Desktop.
• Get the most recent version of Tool Hub (1.6.0.8) and save the downloaded program file somewhere you can easily locate.
• Locate the downloaded file (QuickBooksToolHub.exe) and double-click on it.
• Adhere to the on-screen instructions and install the software and agree to the terms and conditions.
• Once the installation finishes, double-click on the Tool Hub on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

b. Run QB File Doctor
• Select Company File Issues from the left pane.

• Now, choose your company file from the dropdown in QB File Doctor. If you can’t find the file, hit on Browse and search for your file.

• Enter the QuickBooks admin password to allow the access and select Next.
c. Run QuickBooks Database Server Manager
• Choose Network Issues from QuickBooksTool Hub.
• Hit on QuickBooks Database Server Manager. If you haven’ installed QuickBooks on your server, it will prompt you to do so.
• Select Start Scan in the utility if you see your company file folder(s). If you don’t, Browse to the location of your company file then select Start Scan.
• The Server Manager utility will run a quick repair to Windows Firewall permissions automatically. Select Close when done.
• Launch QuickBooks on each of the workstation you encounter error code H202. Select File and then choose Switch to Multi-user Mode. If you see your server computer as a workstation, make sure to check it as well.
