City planning (or town planning) is a system that determines the development and use of land in a new city or redesigns an existing space. This is done through strategic Planning Proposals and wise use of space and light, and design of roads, transportation, water and sewage systems, commercial and industrial applications, energy, housing and nature conservation.
Broadly speaking, city Planning Rezonings can be divided into two parts:

It will be used for future development of urban planning for completely new cities and for redesigning or developing existing cities. Land use management is used everywhere in the country, including building restrictions, zoning, water systems, and sewers.

They ensure that the land is used in a way that maximizes its effectiveness in aesthetics and practicality. City planners always have Change of Use proposals and they need to make sure that the design takes into account the site's general weather conditions.
