Narcissists sabotage their own life and the people in it. Why do narcissists self-sabotage? Why do people self-sabotage? Our own ego is often the saboteur of our choices. When the driving force behind our decisions are based on the superficial, this can lead to unhappiness. Sometimes, it is better to do something that is counterintuitive when making choices.
