Secret Mantra: "I choose to be Happy" | Secret Formula to be happy | How to be Happy | Stay Happy

Taking in the current circumstances (Pandemic) in the world, I am reading from the book "Change Me" as it talks about the secret of happiness. It is a simple formula: Reality minus Expectations. Once you accept what is and decide to do the best with what you have, the misery ends. One does not always have the liberty to choose their circumstances but there is always the possibility to choose responses (reactions). That is the freedom a human has. Today (March 20, 2020) is the "International Day of Happiness".

Amit (protagonist in the book) got to know what makes people happy. His coach shared 'the more you live in the moment, the happier you are'. It's true that being in the present moment, I can't feel any anxiety, fear or worry. So let's utilize the happenings in the world, choose to be happy, no matter what. Let us all choose our "secret" mantra. "I choose to be happy".
