A few months back I made a video about a break up and ever since then I have been very interested in happiness, because at the time, it was hard for me to feel as happy as I was used to.
I began experimenting with different happiness exercises and measuring how they made me feel, I tried a whole bunch and still have lots more to go, but I want to share 3 that work really well and very rapidly.
