I wrote this song for March 1,2014 Selfharm Awareness Day.
For all the people with scars in their life, whether mental or emotional, or physical. This song is about how we all carry scars and how they never seem to fade because we are either creating scars, or causing someone else to create theirs. We are always in a constant battle of hurting someone and being hurt by someone. Leaving all of us with scars of our own. People with scars don't create them for attention but as a release to alleviate the pain they feel inside. Don't judge them, just love them.
