Originally launched in 2010 as I Need a Chef, and rebranded INAC Hospitality in 2022, the company is owned and operated by Paul Mawdsley and Ben Tate. Paul is the founder and a qualified chef with over 20 years’ industry experience. From his personal experience of witnessing high kitchen staff turnover, Paul recognized the need for a niche service offering skilled hospitality staff to businesses and organizations of all sizes.

Ben Tate, Operations Manager at INAC Hospitality is a qualified technical analyst and IT consultant with several years’ prior experience in front of house and banqueting. It is his role to ensure we are always keeping up with constantly evolving technologies and recruitment methods.
Sebastian Forcone manages our QLD and NSW offices and has come a long way from being Paul’s apprentice many moons ago! From day one Sebastián has always shared INAC Hospitality philosophy of not just plugging holes. Seb and his team do whatever it takes to ensure our clients are assigned the most suitable staff for their business.
