Elden ring wiki bosses are extremely powerful enemies who make the game more difficult. Bosses can be found in both the open world and traditional dungeon levels. Some must be fought to advance the plot, but the majority do not. Each boss in the Elden Ring has their own set of moves, equipment, and weaknesses and strengths against various types of damage and play styles. When a player defeats a boss, they receive more Runes than regular enemies in that area. Many bosses also drop uncommon and/or one-of-a-kind weapons, armor, spells, and other items.
