For in situ concrete, a modular formwork system offers substantial savings for commercial, civil, and industrial contractors compared to traditional methods. Modular formwork systems are usually easy to assemble and much faster than standard formwork, saving time and enabling you to pour faster.
Moreover, by reducing the costs associated with conventional acquisitions with the option of hiring, Modular Formwork Systems save contractors.
This removes the need to recover purchasing costs once the job is done by reusing or reselling goods.
You should look for a supplier who offers: when deciding either to purchase or hire formwork:
- The advice in the formwork industry on the latest technologies and formwork solutions,
- Via well-designed design & support, protection and guidance,
- Quantity take-offs in order to reliably have pre-build material costs and
- Re assurance that the equipment is serviced and checked and therefore assured of consistency.
Benefits of wall formwork
The use of a Wall Formwork has several benefits that can help you with your scope of work. Add value to your project by offering creative ways to save time, but never at the cost of security and efficiency.
- NO essential plastering of Timber H-Beam Overhead cost savings due to rapid construction (4 days per floor).
- Systems free of monolithic fractures.
- It does not require timber or plywood for building operations.
- The casting of walls and slabs is possible at the same time.
- No skilled labor is needed.
- Removed floor slab shapes without shifting props.
- The resilience of the resulting structures to earthquakes increases in several respects.
Two panels will be made up of aluminum formwork provided by other firms.
That is regular panels up to the level of the door and special panels above the level of the door. Since the door level has a joint, the panels can easily bulge, impacting the wall/column plumb. But our panels are built for the structure's maximum height, which will mitigate the issue above.
- More seismic resistance-more seismic resistance is provided to the structure by the box style construction.
- Increased longevity-the longevity of a complete concrete structure is greater than typical brick masonry.
- A smaller number of joints-thereby reducing leakage and improving longevity.
- Higher carpet area-the walls are thin because of shear walls, hence growing area.
- Integral and seamless wall and slab coating-The seamless aluminum finish can be clearly seen on the walls.
- Standard building standard-uniform concrete grade is used.
- Negligible maintenance-solid concrete construction needs no maintenance.
Mismatching of holes is the key issue in aluminum formwork. We do a moke-up in the plant itself to prevent this so that all the concerns can be removed when the products are dispatched.
In the Aluminium formwork scheme, sheet panels are commonly used. Since the sheet panels are manufactured on four sides by welding the rails, the joints can easily get harmed. We use 450 mm wide panels that are created by welding two 'L' shaped extrusions to avoid this problem. So the corners are going to be thicker than panels of boards.
