A) Refunds, Exchanges and Returns (In Store Only)
Regarding faulty products, it is King of Knives policy to replace these products with the same or similar product provided proof of purchase can be shown. It may be possible to exchange the faulty goods for any other product in the store. If no replacement is available, a refund may be given to the value of the original purchase.
Any item purchased that may have a manufacturing warranty claim, needs to go back to the importer for their assessment before an exchange or refund can be offered.
King of Knives is happy to exchange goods for any other product in the store, within 14 days of original purchase provided they are unused, not damaged and in there original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
B) What Knives are legal ?
We do not offer legal advice to our customers on what knives can be carried.
There are a host of factors that come into it.
Some knives are simply not legal and we will not carry them.
Other knives may be legal in general but not in certain places - for example you cannot take a knife that may be allowed for work purposes in the work place to taken into school or though an airport.
If you have any questions check with you legal experts or police.
C) Can I cancel my Layby?
At King of Knives stores Laybys can be cancelled after they have been started however there is a small administrative fee that the store may charge.
D) Layby's In store.
King of Knives stores offer customers the ability to hold the product and pay off a purchase by layby. For a small deposit and regular payment, the product can be yours soon.
E) Age Restrictions
At King of Knives we take our social responsibility very seriously. In most places in Australia it is against the law to supply someone with a knife under the age 16. If you wish to purchase a knife from King of Knives you must be 18 years of age.
F) Store Opening Hours
Store hours vary by state and time of the year. The Christmas Holiday period generally has much longer trading hours than normal. Please visit the list of store locations and if it is outside of the core business hours, please check with the store.

G ) Has My order been received?
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is completed and received by us.
H) When can I expect delivery of my purchase?
Delivery is generally between 7 and 21 days. Some items come direct from overseas factories. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O.Boxes or overseas.
I ) Can I track my delivery?
Because we use many different couriers from many locations, we do not have an online tracking service.
J) I have a problem.

K) Returns and exchanges?
We are happy to exchange any products purchased on line provided we are notified within 72 hours of delivery and is accompanied with proof of purchase.
Products need to be in original condition and unmarked packaging.
Delivery charges are not refundable for incorrect choice.
Goods are to be returned at the customers cost to
suite 201, 209 Oxford Street, Bondi Junction, NSW, 2022.
Please advise which product you would like to exchange it with, your daytime contact number and the reason for the return. Our customer support office will contact you to arrange the exchange. Courier/postal charges do apply.
Faulty, damaged or missing part orders will be replaced at no charge to you.

L) Method of payments?
We accept PayPal and credits card that they accept through their portal.
M) Do we offer a bridal registry service?
Regrettably not at this stage.
N) Can I buy a gift card?
Yes but it can only be redeemed in one of our stores. A list of our stores can be found by clicking here.
O) Can I lay-by?
Not on online orders. Most of our stores do accept lay-by’s.
