Customers can choose from a variety of Ptfe lined valves in various shapes and sizes. Our success in the valves industry is due to our well-integrated work environment. Valvesonly Europe is a major Ptfe lined valve manufacturer of high quality valves in Italy. Our infrastructure is dispersed throughout a vast geographic area, providing lots of room for expansion. Our ptfe valve is strong and trustworthy in any industrial application.
A PTFE valve is a type of valve that is made of a material called PTFE.
Valvesonly provides PTFE lining, which is used to control and regulate the flow of fluids and gases through valves made of various metals and alloys. Ptfe Valve, for example, is suitable for corrosive and strong chemical media. These valves are manufactured of Ptfe and are ideal for medium wetted surfaces. It's well-known for its simple manual operation and low torque. The ball is contained in the PTFE coated body with interchangeable seat rings –PTFE. On the ball shaft, a maintenance-free seal is used.
Valvesonly Europe is a well-known ptfe-lined valve manufacturer in Italy, producing industrial-grade, high-quality valves that are designed to provide quality and dependability. They are completely leak-proof and have a long lifespan, which makes them perfect for applications that require just minimal routine maintenance.
Types of PTFE Lined Valve
• PTFE Lined Ball Valves
A PTFE Lined Ball Valve is a flow-controlling quarter-turn rotational motion valve with a ball-shaped disc. When the valve is opened, the perforations in the ball remain aligned with the body inlet, allowing contents to flow. Ball Valves with a PTFE Lining are easy to turn on and off and have a strong low torque seal. They're frequently utilised to transport air, gases, and liquids. The lack of throttling capability is the only drawback of these valves.
• PTFE Lined Butterfly Valve
To stop, start, and regulate flow, a quarter-turn rotational motion butterfly valve with PTFE lining is employed. A gearbox is often included with the valve, which connects the handwheel to the stem via a gear and makes opening the valve simple and rapid. It simplifies valve operation at the expense of velocity. Furthermore, such valves must be separated from other line elements by at least 6 pipe diameters. These valves are lightweight and simple to use, and they can manage low-pressure drop and high-pressure recovery.
• PTFE Lined Gate Valves
PTFE Lined Gate Valves are used to initiate or stop a flow when a straight line fluid flow is required with little flow restriction. The valves are typically kept fully open or completely closed during operation. The disc is completely removed when the gate is opened, allowing the contents to flow through. While this provides the valve with robust shut-off capabilities and makes it bidirectional, it is difficult to open or close, and it vibrates when open.
• PTFE Lined Globe Valves
A globe valve is a type of linear motion valve that stops, starts, and regulates flow. It's used in cooling water systems, fuel oil transfer, and turbine lube oil systems, among other things. The globe valve has become the most common valve style in the world, and it is frequently used for insulation and throttling. It's easy to understand why they're so popular: they have a good shut-off capability, come in tee, wye, and angle patterns, and have quick-machined valve seats. When high pressure declines, the globe has the minor disadvantage of operating badly, and shutting off the valve needs greater force or slowing flow under the seat.
• PTFE Lined Plug valves
In the PTFE Lined Plug Valve, a cylindrical or tapered plug is utilised to stop or start a flow. The input and output ports are located on one side of the plug-passage, which is currently open. The solid component of the plug clogs the port and stops flow when it is turned from the open position. These valves are easy to close, small compared to other valves, and have a low flow resistance. However, due to tapered plugs, they have a smaller port and require a lot of energy to function due to high friction.
• PTFE Lined Pressure Seal Valves
PTFE-lined pressure lock valves are usually favoured over other valves for high-pressure applications. The 'bonnet' pressure seal is defined by the fact that as internal pressure rises, the seals on the body's joints expand. It's also worth noting that these valves come with a tight-fitting cowl that seals the valve and the pressure seal gasket.
Valvesonly Europe believes in continuous product improvement and innovation in order to remain competitive in the Italian market. Our mission is to supply defect-free valves to our clients.
