Little Runmo - The Game is a 2D platformer game based on the animated YouTube film "Little Runmo" created by Gooseworx. The plot revolves around a fictional videogame character attempting to survive in his final life.
Little Runmo - The Game's gameplay is inspired by the video, as well as the Super Mario games. For aficionados of the animation, the game is not an exact reproduction of the animated feature. I'm not attempting to make this a hardcore Meatboy game; I want to include challenging times, but I'll try to keep the difficulty curve as smooth as possible.
The early game will be rather easy, similar to how Mario games were intended, before newer, more difficult concepts are gradually introduced. Again, Mario World and Super Mario Bros Wii, as well as a fan game called Mario 63, served as significant influences.
