Blankness

only light knows the truth
and it expands over you,
(only you)
radiant,
eternal
your hand is like a candle
that rests upon me
as it dances
until it fades
like the fire
that is your lips
your eyes are always lost
and the divine (and sublime) play with you
(only you),
whispering,
like silent names of arcane sounds
that I know by heart,
that I see, as my eyes close,
heavy and soft
with a thought of you that lingers
then our eyes meet,
and you smile
