IBM Maximo includes tools for modifying BIRT reports and creating new ones.

Building Information Modeling (BIM)



Now, IBM Maximo is able to receive and manage BIM projects. It can import OmniClass and Uniformat classifications. You simply add the external BIM viewer to see 3D models from BIM projects, directly in IBM Maximo.
