At the Sun Country Airlines MSP Terminal, our family had an amazing experience. The check-in personnel were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, making the process easy and stress-free. It was comfortable to wait for our flight in the clean, well-organized terminal with lots of seating. The gate staff was very welcoming, especially to families with children, and security was prompt and easy. The flight attendants were courteous, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed once we were on the aircraft. The boarding process was smoothly run. Our trip was made even more delightful by their kind and competent assistance. Overall, everything went smoothly, and we were very grateful for the first-rate customer support. Our expectations were surpassed by Sun Country Airlines at MSP, and we will most certainly use them again!
