Hard work

No harm in aspiring for becoming the best
No harm in dreaming surpassing all the rest
Only we need understand the realities as well
that results, whatsoever be the field we are in
comes after a long struggle and sincere efforts.
Merit cannot substitute hard labor and sincerity
though later alone can show the road of prosperity.
