SSC GD Running Time and PET Test 2024

The SSC GD PET (Physical Efficiency Test) 2024 is a crucial stage in the selection process for SSC GD Constables. It assesses the physical endurance and fitness of candidates after they pass the computer-based exam. The SSC GD Physical Test will be conducted from 23rd September to 9th November 2024.

Running Time for SSC GD PET 2024

The running time requirements differ based on the candidate's region:

• For Candidates Outside Ladakh:
• Male: 5 Kms in 24 minutes
• Female: 1.6 Kms in 8½ minutes
• For Candidates from Ladakh:
• Male: 800 metres in 5 minutes
• Female: 1.6 Kms in 7 minutes
