Controversy surrounds high school basketball coach Ken Carter after he benches his entire team for breaking their academic contract with him.
What lessons did you learn from this story (theme/moral)? What do you think others will learn from it?
One man can open eyes, and not just one or two eyes but a whole family, team, school, community. Its not about where you are that truly matters, it’s about the people you are with here that truly matters. Even if you do not get the results you wanted to have when the final second ticks off the clock, you are, and you will always be a winner. No matter how much success you have on your own you are alone, so do it as a team, that way you are and never will be alone.
PARAGRAPH #4 What group of people would like this movie? Who would you recommend it to? Who would you not recommend it to?
i would gladly reccomed it to sport fans, espcilly of course basketball fans. however at the same time since its a movie about overcoming odds i would tell people who like that type of movie to watch it and eat some popcorn. i think that those kinds of people would like it or maybe even love it.
What is your final word on the film: Is it good or bad?
The creators and everyone down to the extra of the smallest parts of the film of the movie coach carter did a great and outstanding job. It is a good film, nothing bad about it at least I believe it is a great movie that all should go see or at this time of the technology world go watch on Netflix or Hulu. The basketball action scenes alone kept me and will probably also keep you, your friends and your family on the edge of your seats. The transformation of the players and even the head coach, the one who sets it all into place is aspiring and motivating. You kinda want to even go as far as putting yourself as one of the high school basketball players because you are so into the movie.
I give the movie coach carter a movie rating of 5
