#1 - Neck Rotation

This exercise is pretty simple and you only have to move your neck in a circular motion. For the first five rotations, you can do it clockwise and for the other five rotations, you can do it anti-clockwise. Chin to Chest exercise is very effective in reducing neck pain due to muscle stiffness. In this exercise, you have to tuck your chin to your chest.
