Sometimes

Sometimes you can feel when shits changed. Sometimes all it takes is a look. Sometimes the butterflies fly away, and the ground that was once sturdy has shook. 

Sometimes the pain gets worse and the one whose supposed to help leaves, 

Then when you look around you notice all the ones who held your heart are thieves. 

Sometimes you don't get it back, sometimes you forget how it feels,
