Instruction Of Copper Bars
Copper strips are fashioned into bars that are utilized for mounting components, distributing current, and dispersing heat. To distribute large amounts of power, bus bars are usually mounted in custom enclosures or boards.

The Copper Bar Rules
We advise using stainless steel self-clinching fasteners as fasteners in your custom copper bus bar for two reasons:
Most copper applications use corrosion-resistant stainless steel as their preferred material. The same should hold true for your Copper Bars to prevent any compatibility issues. Although copper alloy is malleable enough to be shaped into a bus bar, it is too malleable to be threaded. The self-clinching feature is useful in this situation. Because it creates its own threads and doesn't require any tapping, it performs better than a normal fastening. You could torque fasteners into tapped holes if you're careful. But we strongly discourage you from doing so.
Bending Copper Bars
You must pay attention to how you bend your copper bus bar—both the size of the bends and how hard you create them—if you want it to be as effective as possible.
Due to the excellent formability of C110 copper, you have a lot of design freedom when creating the bus bar you require for your particular application.\
Due to our equipment and tooling, we can only bend copper to a certain extent. Having said that, we are willing to allow you a lot of latitude in selecting the precise details of your bus bar.
Bending guidelines for copper bars
If you want your copper bar to be as effective as possible, you must be careful when bending it, both in terms of the amount of the bends and the degree of the bends.
You have a lot of design freedom when making the bus bar you need for your specific application since C110 copper has good formability.
We can only bend copper to a certain degree because of our tools and equipment. Having said that, we are prepared to give you a lot of discretion in deciding on the specifics of your bar.
