How can one really define time?
Time is merely an illusion of a measure.
It measures our life, but how do we define our finite life?
Life we measure in three main parts: Parts of our past, the present and future.
Every being has a past, presently making their present.
But present is the measurement of the future,
Choices we make are the illusions of the future.
Illusions: Yet why do I say this? I say this why-
It is not every day we are promised to live, to breathe on this mortal coil.
Today we see an illusion, an idea of the future tomorrow holds.
But the reality is that our time may run out measuring as today.
Today is the present and tomorrow the future leading,
Into the sadness of how we measure our soul, our life.
How does your life measure, are you happy today, with your present life?
Or are you truly living? Are you living in the past, forgetting the present?
Or perhaps you are only living for tomorrow?
Are you living your life to push into the future, yet what if tomorrow doesn’t exist?
Which are you, the measurement or the illusion of time?
