HOW TO WRITE A THANK-YOU NOTE - With Rajiv Surendra

Writing a note to someone on an actual piece of paper, putting that into an envelope and then sending it through the mail is an act that carries a message much deeper than the words on the page; it shows the recipient that you took time out of your day to think about them enough to engage in slowing down a bit to write to them. I send thank-you notes regularly and have cultivated my own standards for making them shine!
