Watching the clock, though I do not care what time it is.
The fourth day that the sound echos through my brain.
Tap, click, save, run, wait, search. Again.
A suspension of existence caught on loop.
A dream I never woke up from.
Walking the earth sleeping in comatose,
impossible to dream while awake.
We drink the moon as if it were the poison to crush our bones,
As if a gift from the apothecary could palliate.
Fill my lungs with air, I am not breathing.
