I Wrote And Recorded This Song About A Young Mother & Child ( Jake ) She Misses Her Husband That Is Fighting In A War Of A Distant Land ,And She Is Confused And Wonders Why It Has To Be And Will She Ever See Him Again , She Keeps A Burning Candle In The Window To Guide Him Home , But Receives A Letter Of Missing In Action , And As Years Go By She Worries Again About Her Son Jake Now A Young Man Fighting In A War So Far From Home Welcome To My Song Candle In The Window Regards Thank You Michael
