She not only interacts intelligently with you and the platform, but can also connect with external Insurtech services—bringing in data or displaying results directly in SimpleINSPIRE. Tara insurance chatbot taps into both external sources and your historical data to support more informed decisions.
During new business quoting, she can assist in identifying upselling opportunities to maximize value. With natural language processing (NLP) capabilities, Tara insurance chatbot can also be developed into a self-service tool—ideal for helping users navigate the platform and get quick answers to common business questions.
Who We Are
SimpleSolve started with a simple conversation over coffee in a New Jersey café back in 1999. Antony and Sam—friends and insurance professionals—were catching up when the topic turned to a shared frustration: the complexity, high cost, and inefficiency of policy administration systems.
What began as casual talk quickly turned into a real idea. They wondered why there wasn’t a simpler, more practical solution built by people who actually understood the insurance world. Those early discussions, often sketched out on napkins, became the foundation for something bigger.
In 2000, SimpleSolve was born—built on the belief that insurance technology should be intuitive, efficient, and tailored to the real needs of the industry. From the start, our mission has been clear: to develop products and solutions created by insurance professionals, for insurance professionals.
