Have Grace With Yourself

In this video, I talk about the concept of grace. To me, grace is often associated with religions, especially Christianity. However, I think it's a concept that we should also apply to ourselves. Consider how you would treat a close friend or family member that is struggling in the same way that you are. Would you be as big of a jerk to them as you are to yourself? Probably not. You would give them grace and understanding. I challenge you to try to apply the same concept to yourself.
