Cold capped rose,
Aching to seek,
The thawing heat,
Of one missed Sun.
Slumbered too long,
Amongst no brethren,
Finding true companion,
With a body puffing chest.
Feathers to flicker;
Black iridescent,
Speaking hoarse caws ,
Met with silent response.
Ground fiercely shakes,
As talons stab Earth.
Beady eye dilated,
Absorbing the splendor.
Quick when thinking,
Solution only being:
"Snap quick to save,
Fly on towards sanctum,
Righteous will pave."
