I am a traveler and recently at the Turkish Airlines Addis Ababa Office the personnel were well-mannered and well-versed with airfare and costs. They were patient with all of my inquiries and made the process of purchasing tickets simple. It was pleasant to visit the office because it was neat and well-organized. Their prompt service pleased me and made my trip planning much easier. I was pleased with my overall experience and felt optimistic about using Turkish Airlines again!
