Out of Bounds Escort - The high bowls of Copper Mountain

As we crest the mountain top we are greeted by the ski patrol. It's cold, windy, the snow conditions change from rock hard crust to mashed potatoes then back again. They ask if we'd like to go hit a the closed bowls with them and of course we agree! Behind the "Closed" line, into the avalanche area, and dropping into the bowls of unknown snow conditions and rocks galore. This is a run to remember.
