Dr. Chelsea and I will be demonstrating the simplest burst training exercises for beginners. Many of my fans have asked me, "What if I'm just getting started with Burst Training? What are some easy, low-impact exercises I can get started with?" This video will show you exactly how to do these exercises. Just because it says "beginner," doesn't mean it isn't a great workout. Your heart rate will still increase, and you will still see results.
