Product returns
- In case of incorrect shipment, S-BATH.gr undertakes the complete replacement of the product with what has been recorded in the order, without any additional charge on the part of the buyer. In this case, the company has to replace the wrong product and pick up the wrong product. All change shipments are made within 48 hours of receiving the defective or incorrect product, after it has been certified that its original packaging or anything else included in it has not been tampered with. Returns are made only after agreement with the company & must be accompanied by the necessary return document.
Product shipments
Your orders are shipped, depending on the availability of the products, usually from 24 to 48 hours. In case your order cannot be processed due to lack of availability or due to force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete it. Please note that for kilometers of more than 20 km from cities where there is a courier headquarters, as well as in some remote islands, there may be an additional charge if a courier company is selected as the shipping method and not the Hellenic Post.

These prices refer to the quantities that are available in our warehouse, while S-BATH.gr reserves the right to adjust the prices, whenever it deems appropriate or whenever it is obliged by the changes of the current price lists. For some areas of Greece for which reduced VAT rates apply. 17% and if your order is made with an invoice, then the prices of the products are lower than those listed during the reduced VAT.
