- Bulk stock zaruri nahi. Kirana wale to roz refill karte hain, wahi online me bhi chalega.
- Local delivery ka fayda
- Nearby customers ko fast delivery de sakte ho. Same-day delivery kar pao to aur dum.
- Packaging ka dhyaan
- Dal-chini, rice, sugar, biscuit–sab bech sakte ho, par clean, sealed packaging hona chahiye. Thaila le ja bhai wali soch online nahi chalti.
- Pricing practical rakho
- Local kirana style bargaining yahan nahi. Seedha price–jo sahi ho. Thoda competitive rakho to sell aati hai.
Meri kehni: Aaj kirana dukan offline sirf gali tak pahunchti hai. Zyrolo par chalo to gali se market banta hai. Aadhi duniya mobile par hai–wahan nazar aaye bina business bada nahi hota.
Jo dukandaar samay ke saath nahi badalta, woh sirf shutter aur khata-bahi ghoomta reh jaata hai. Online aaye–tabhi growth dikhegi.
