A common misconception is that competitive people are not kind and do anything it takes to "win" whether its in business or life in general. The reality is that you can be kind of competitive! Just because you want to win, it doesn't mean you have to be cutthroat or a jerk in doing so. Too many people run their businesses by mistreating their employees to try and get them to work harder but it actually makes them work less. So not only can you be kind while your competitive, but it can also help you win!
