I believe that many people inherit their worrying trait from another family member. When you are raising a child if they see a parent worrying about every little thing and predicting doom and gloom, too much "stinkin thinkin" then of course the child will adopt this trait. Its all in how we are raised. Our children watch us, learn from us and adopt our ways. The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. Always be aware of how your children perceive you and try to be the best you can be for you and your family! Live your life to the fullest and take care of one another. One of my favorite sayings is "Don't sweat the small stuff" Every day is a gift and of course setting goals for yourself is so important. As I say to our son. Live life, be happy, respect yourself and others, love your family and friends, Dream BIG!
