There is something that offends us everywhere these days, and carrying offense affects our relationships with everyone; personally, professionally, and culturally. But what might it look like if we could choose to respond differently and embrace living an unoffendable life? What would happen in our organizations, families, communities, and societies if we could live so deeply connected to our unshakeable identities that the things outside of our control didn’t shake us? This talk explores the thought-provoking suggestion that practicing being unoffendable leads us to more joyful and fulfilling lives.
As you listen to this TEDx Talk, take a moment and reflect on how it makes you feel; talk about it with trusted friends; dare to explore the idea that practicing a different way of living and interacting truly does lead to a more joyful, fulfilling life.
